The following services need to be verified by EvolentSitio Externo: Medical and Radiation Oncology / Biopharmacy drugs. Effective for dates of service 4/1/2025 forward, Cardiac surgical procedures for members ages 19 and older.

Cardiac procedures need to be verified by TurningPointSitio Externo for dates of service through 3/31/2025. Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) procedures need to be verified by TurningPointSitio Externo for dates of service through 4/30/2025.

Behavioral Health/Substance Abuse services need to be verified by Sunshine Health.
